Are their any specific requirements? For instance do you have to be out of school for a certain number of years, etc. I would really like to nominate my wife but do not know if she has been removed from Lambuth long enough. I do not know if there is a certain number of years, but I Know that Cory Hill should have been nominated and selected the first year after graduation and wasn't. Could someone let me know if their are specific requirements? Hell, she owns the three point record with 10 in a game, scored over 1500 points, led the school to 3 consecutive national tournaments (sweet sixteen) and was team all conference for three years and second team once, and an NAIA All- American two times. I just need to know if she has a chance. I love Eddie Lee but if he did not hire James Walker, who knew absolutely nothing about basketball, they might have had a national championship. They had an outstanding team coming back for Keisha's senior year but Coach Walker was absolutely horrible. I love Eddie Lee to death but I do not know what he was thinking with that hire. The coach had never won anywhere he had been and was hired to take over a team that had made it to the national tournament four years in a row and been on the verge of breaking it open. Made no sense.

Steve, send me her career stats and I'd be happy to nominate her to ken. The board like athletic and gender diversity. This is something I can do for her tomorrow.

I'd say nobody has ever nominated a crew that way so that's why it hasn't happened. It just now dawned on me to try that. |

I think it is total horse **** to not have Vic Wallace in the Lambuth HOF... Maybe I don't understand things well enough to make this opinion, but how is Brad Jones being voted in the HOF and Vic Wallace not be in there? WOW is all I can say!!!!! I guess I look at what each person did for Lambuth Athletics and Lambuth University and have a very hard time putting Brad Jones ahead of Vic Wallace. Yes, I am partial to Coach Wallace, but I was around long enough to see what Brad did for LU and what Vic did for LU. NO comparison.. NONE at all..
Thoughts?? Last edited by T.C.; 04-06-2010 at 12:50 PM. |

Totally agree, and Coach W was nominated for the HOF.
Even if the requirement is five years away from LU prior to induction, it should be waved for Coach Wallace. Quote:

Did not realize that you had to be gone from LU for 5 years. Makes a bit more sense now.
Bye the way, what did Brad Jones do for LU? |
